Preventative Maintenance

Our preventative maintenance programs increase efficiency, improve reliability, ensure regulatory compliance whilst extending the operating life of your equipment and plant.

Our goal is to improve performance of your equipment whilst reducing the likelihood of equipment breakdown and inefficient operation.

We ensure the equipment is operating safely and optimally for greater indoor air quality and reduced operating costs.

As a full service provider we ensure that your systems are thoroughly maintained, a detailed service report after every visit, and a digital asset register, keeping you informed about the condition and life cycle of your equipment.

We will tailor a maintenance program to meet your individual requirements.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've used Grotec for several times now and always found their service 5 star, from the Administration department their field technicians, also the communication skills is fantastic. They also organised the electrician to installed our isolator switch, which was done the same day. Keep up the exceptional customer service team, also special mentioned to Daniel ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This morning (Fri 21 Nov 2025) my AC unit in Brunswick East’s apartment block was serviced by your employee, Josh. Both my husband and I are very impressed with the man.  He was punctual, courteous, competent, quick, neat, careful in his duties and genuinely pleasant in course of our interactions. He displayed the highest level of professionalism. Thank you. Irena Goltz
