Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've used Grotec for several times now and always found their service 5 star, from the Administration department their field technicians, also the communication skills is fantastic. They also organised the electrician to installed our isolator switch, which was done the same day. Keep up the exceptional customer service team, also special mentioned to Daniel ðŸ‘ðŸ¼

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This morning (Fri 21 Nov 2025) my AC unit in Brunswick East’s apartment block was serviced by your employee, Josh. Both my husband and I are very impressed with the man.  He was punctual, courteous, competent, quick, neat, careful in his duties and genuinely pleasant in course of our interactions. He displayed the highest level of professionalism. Thank you. Irena Goltz
