Excellent Service

Thank you Daniel and Brittany and the team for outstanding service. We needed an honest, ethical, professional business to assess our heating/cooling needs and thats what we got. Grotec installed a new Mitsubishi multi-head system on our roof, servicing three bedrooms. Removed the previous Midea unit and outlets. Two great technicians. Left our place clean. All for way less than other quotes. My friend recommended them to me. Thanks Marg!

We recently engaged the Grotec team for our annual maintenance check on our AC units that were professionally installed by Grotec as part of our home renovation in 2023.
The technician, Joe, was punctual and polite with great communication.
He performed a thorough check of each unit even showing me how to clean the filters. He was also able to successfully set up our wifi connection to the units which allows us to control the units for on our phones even when out of the house. This is a wonderful feature and we are so grateful he was able to get this working.
Overall a terrific experience and I have no hesitation recommending the team at Grotec.
